The first part is using a program to do it, so I used SpeedFan, but I didn't know the motherboard, so I couldn't get that working. Even FreshDiagnose couldn't give me a motherboard name that was in SpeedFans's list of motherboards. So nothing.

The other is putting the jumpers across two things physically in the motherboard. I might need some information on this, and some advice on it as well.

From the report FreshDiagnose gave, my Processor is under-clocking, so I want to at least be able to put it at the proper level. Here is what FreshDiagnose shows me in the Motherboard Category.

Anyway, I've never bothered to overclock. You need an extra area for heatsink and better cooling, which isn't worth it, imo.

Cant you simply increase the MHz you're processor runs at by hitting Ctrl or whatever (before windows loads) to get into start up configuration and editing the values set in there.
