Blue screen of death

i have this blue screen that comes on my computer and it says: a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. i cant run windows at all. not even in safemode. what should i do?

your best to sign off your computer sounds like you have some damage done.. you might wanna reinstall windows xp

Boot into safe mode. Go to start > all programs > acceesories >System Restore. Restore to a time when it was working properly.

Throw it out and get a mac.

Or you could do a disk reformat. Its been a long time since I used a PC, I don't remember how exactly, but thats what you need to do.
