I talk a lot when I get stressed.  It helps me take my mind off it.  If I have to sit in a silent room thinking about what I'm stressed or angry about, It will literally make me sick.

sometimes It really builds up and I explode by someone criticizing me. Than I literally pound dirt and break 2x4s.

I think going to the gym helps though. physical relief seems to help me
