Okay, so I just got back from a school trip to Florida today. We DROVE there. 18 hours one way. Anyways, I'm a swimmer and I usually practice 8 times a week, for about 2 hours/practice. The hotel pool was not good for swimming laps in and there was no treadmill in the fitness center. Instead, I walked one day, and ran for thirty minutes the other two days and lifted weights for about 10 minutes. We got home today after sitting on the bus for the entire day and I'm not doing any exercise. This is the first time all year that I've skipped a day of exercise and I feel like crap about doing it. I watched my diet while we were on the trip, but today I ate a lot because I was hungry from not eating as much the other days. I go back to practice tomorrow morning, but do you think I'll gain weight from not doing anything today?
