Eat nothing but your 3 meals a day. Be picky about what you it, as in ban all oily, fried, fast-, ready-made foods. Maybe even ban all cheese out of your diet for example. Then stop eating full plate sizes, take out thoose smaller plates that you'd usually use for one sandwhich and place your meal portion onto that without crowding the plate, then you are already eating less calories per meal. Try to get full 8 hours rest and going to bed at a good time such as 9:30pm. Only do sport you enjoy, if you find treadmills etc at the gym tedious and tiresome don't go. Do sport you enjoy, such as maybe swimming, join a local football club, tennis, maybe dance or martial arts (martial arts is a good active hobbie to start ;)). Stick to the active hooby(ies) and keep on with your food diet. There's other thigns you can do too, just google. Good luck.
