Now their are no methods out their to help people gain fat, rather their are methods to lose fat. I just recently opened another topic but someone said it was misleading which I suppose it was - wasn't thinking of that.

So here is my dilemma. I need to GAIN FAT. My arms are skinny and I want to bring them FAT in particular.

Someone told me, eat rich foods. protiens but I already do that.... what other things can I do to help get fat into my arms and all of my other skinny ness out or am I stuck like this?????

it will take some time, just like losing weight does. you want to gain muscle as well as fat, so getting around 70g protein ish a day from meats a pulses/beans will help, as well as eating more carbs and generally bigger portions. you wont be able to eat a great deal when you first begin because your stomach will need to stretch a little first.

dont be tempted to eat loads of high calorie, empty foods like chocolate and cakes or biscuits all the time, because these will not cause you to gain weight healthily, and will do bad things to your organs

Eat tons of carbs and sugary things.

maybe you could try eating less, like 2 fatty meals, no snacks .maybe it willl slow down your metabolism. thats just a shot in the dark, i dont really know

now that I see that, it's actually a good idea. Constantly having food in you speeds up your metabolism.

I ate like 3000 cals a day and gained fat but it didn't just go to my arms, it went all over. And don't exercise. be a lazy slob.
