Haha, I don't think you can really bruise yourself that way... you may have hit yourself while sleeping or something, and you were unaware... or otherwise, something during the day hit you, and you didn't think much of it.

I dunno... I once got a bruise on my face from my glasses, but not while sleeping.  I got hit in the face with a soccer ball... and then one on my forehead from getting hit with a frisbee, lol... So I dunno, it seems unlikely that a bruise could be caused from just sleeping on it...  I mean, does it even hurt to touch or something?  Or does it just seem like a darker mark or something?

Have you tried scrubbing it very hard with like a wash cloth and soap?  Hmm, but you said it wasn't dirt.

Any chance that it's a birth mark that you've always overlooked?  Or are you sure it only showed up recently?  You could have done something while you were sleeping, who knows O__O.

Lol, maybe it's time you went and took a rest :P.

Hmm... maybe, it's possible that you did bruise it if you did have your hand put there in some weird manner... I mean, if you had jerked during the night, then it's possibly you hit yourself or something...

For my boyfriend, it's the weirdest thing... every now and then he'll have a random scratch along the side of his body or stomach or something... lol.  We don't know where they come from... I hate phantom marks... I have on on my hand currently... a long scratch, but I never scratched myself on anything... lol.

It usually takes a lot to bruise a certain part of your body. I guess falling out of bed might of made it appear. Although, you would have felt that, right?
