8 year olds are huge ass story tellers...its the age. all kids are like even if theyre really smart...my cousin is 8 and hes homeschooled and hes two grades higher than the average 8 year old. and he still makes up stories. its an imagination thing. and becuase hes been telling you this its gotten in your head and you can make yourself believe things and created noises...yet if it really bothers you tell a parent. or a trusted adult
