A mental disability in which the sufferer experiences two extreme mood swings; manic and depressive. The manic side can be characterized by massive spending, sexual promiscuity, and just an unnatural "high" mood that can cause a lot of problems. The other side of bipolar disorder centers around a depressive mood. The sufferer feels depressed, sometimes to the point of being suicidal. Untreated it can be very difficult to deal with.
