So, when I try to click on my clock to change the date or the time it says "restrictions due in effect on this computer. Please contact your computer administrator " or something around those lines. It also does that when I try to change my windows background and everything around by going to properties on the desktop. There is only one log in name on here, and obviously its not the administrator. The name of it is owner, I don't really like to change my account around, so I figured it would the administrator. How do I become the administrator again? I have been it before lol, I've also restored my computer to default plenty of times did that cause this to happen?

You can't "up" yourself to administrator.

Hell would run this world if you could... :/

Anyways the administrator can set you to full restrictions, but it seems to me like you have some policies in effect on that computer that even administrators (sometimes) have to deal with.
