I have the flashing icon saying 10 ehelps accumulated over the last 24 hours.

I just find them piling up so much, I can only answer about 2 out of every ten, and even then i might answer only one of those cos it takes me so long to write the answer and i have to feel in an ok mood, and as you all know im a very moody person.

Is this a sign i shouldnt be a support leader?

GOD no. Lol. Don't worry, you're doing fine. I feel guilty every time I see them pile up like that... I haven't answered any eHelps in a few days now. I had one period where I went like 4 months without answering one... don't worry about it. We're members first, than support leaders. We want to help, but we have to help ourselves first.

There are over 100 support leaders. You aren't the only one, so you don't need to worry about it when you have a period of "no-ehelp". Don't be so hard on yourself, man.
