I think in general you should schedule a visit to your doctor.

I can understand missing a day or two. But missing a few days in one week is really really not safe for you at all. Which is why I think you should talk to your doctor about other forms of birth control. Maybe something you have to take every day isn't the right choice for you. It definitely wasn't for my sister! There's nothing wrong with looking at other options. They have patches, the ring thing and different implants you can get that will last years. You can get it taken out early though, if you decide you want a  child. To be extra safe, you could also have your boyfriend use a condom every time anyways.

To answer your direct question, chances are you are not pregnant. But you could be, yes. To check, you can buy a pregnancy test at your local pharmacy. Somewhere like CVS or Walgreens for sure. You have to wait until a few days before you're supposed to get your period. The amount of time you have to wait varies depending on the test. The safest way is to get a blood test by your doctor though.

Good luck! I really hope you consider looking into the other birth control forms available. :)
