what?.....i don't trust them.
i don't think i can take this pain much longer.
i don't know whats happening to me.
I have had it. I hate this pain that does not go away.
Its always here. My feelings are full of pain and anguish.
What does it matter? No one....no one is here for me.
I repeat this, no one cares. No one does. I can't just feel better, feel happier, its not that easy.
I feel like I would throw it all away. if it meant I would never feel this pain ever again.
Yet I cannot seem to stop going day after day.
Finding some small reason to continue living.
Then, I just want to die again. I wonder what they all will say. My sudden death. My giving up on everything.
Giving up on.....slight possibilities, on fucking...CHANCE!
...keep telling me....
listen to me as I...
No trace....
I feel like my resistance is beginning to diminish...
The pain will never end...

I've always though that somebody can be helped as much as they let themselves be helped. Perhaps you NEED to change your mentality in ordeer to overcome this issues.

...and just how would i go about doing this? do you have any idea how long it's been since i've felt...anything...close to normal...to being calm or relaxed...being happy?

i don't know that. i don't know.
every time i try to do anything to make things better, everything seems to get worse.
i just don't know what to do anymore. but i don't want to stay like this, i've been this way for so long...

What can you possibly do that could change things? Think about it. WHAT needs to change for you to be happier. Is it you or something else? How could that change, what do you need to do to change it? How can you get to be happy and fix it? WHAT'S THE PROBLEM AND WHAT'S THE SOLUTION?
