for observation. (I'm bulimic, trying to get better).

it's for a week, starting july 5th.

i have a friend who i only talk to over text messages, and he knows that i'm going but just doesn't know when. he seems to be worried and uneager to talk about it, so i never did or do. he's my best friend in the entire world.

so how do i let him know 'i'm not going to be able to talk to you for a week, now, because i'm going to the hospital tomorrow', without sounding like an attention addict?

Don't worry about it. If he is going to think you just want attention then he's an ass. But I'm sure he'll understand since he seems worried.

first of all, good luck =/ I'd be terrified,
and why don't you just tell him, "hey I consider you one of my really good frends/best friends, and I was just letting you know that I'm going to the hospital and I won't be able to talk to you for a week while I'm there because they take away my stuff, etc" and if you want/think you'll have the privellages (sp) then offer to call him if he wants or something.
