i found out to day that my hormones are higher than they should be after feeling unwell i went to a clinic and had a blood test. The doctor rang up about 2 weeks later saying i have to come in for another one and more tests..apprently hormone level should be no more than 700 and mine is 2000..this means i can get all stressed out and moody sometimes upset bout something silly more than usual. Has any one had the same kinda of thing and what can i do to calm myself and make myself more chilled and relaxed?!

I've never had this problem, but chances are, with levels like this, your doctor will go through what you can do, and also prescribe something that will keep them under control, this will help keep you more calm and relax.

But first they are probably going to try and see if there's a reason that they are high, and from there try and figure out the problem.

And since you are going to go in for more tests, make sure to ask your doctor ALL questions you have.  Make a list if youhave to, asking her how this will affect you, what you can do to help keep it under control, and whether or not you have any reason to worry :).

So try not to worry too much, and you can ask your doctor specific questions about YOU and your body when you see him or her next :).
