Well i tell her how much i hate him and that she just needs to leave him alone and try to find someone who is good to her and so on... well i dont no if its makin her upset that i say it and i try not to say anything about him but it just comes up and i cant really stop it  from happening. Just every time i think about him i just wanna punch him in the face.

So my question is how do i try to keep my cool and not saying thing to her about him??

And do u think that she is gettin upset about me sayin stuff about him to her??

I need some answers please help!!
