nobody has ever seen me eat apart frm my parents but now i've started spending all my time on the computer in my rm or sleeping so tht i dnt have to eat cos it makes me feel sick wen im full

I think that this is a concerning situation for you, you should really consult a doctor and talk to them and just explain to them everything that you have explained to us. doctors are professional people who can diagnose things; we are not.

i've drunk 3.5litres of water 2day so tht i felt full & i ate 3biscuits for breakfast cos mum made me i put the toast in my pocket n then binned it wen she wasnt looking...

No, eating disorders are a mental thing. There doesn't seem to be an emotional battle between you and food going on inside your head; your body just seems to be rejecting food for some reason. Go see a doctor.
