I have to write a letter to a lawyer, it's for a guy in my class. He's going to trial thursday and the letter is due tomorrow. Well he's on trial for destroying public property (writing on the school ceiling), "threatening" these girls who were in our class, and also stalking them. Well honestly, the threatening and stalking is NOT true so the upperclass men were asked to write letters on their views to his lawyer. So what I need to know is how to format the letter, what view to write it in (should it be like I'm talking directly to the lawyer or just recount what I know?), and I don't know his lawyers name and no one will answer my phone calls so how should I start it and word everything?
