best to cut them 1st!
use a towel with hot water as hot as u can stand DON'T BURN YOURSELF and put it on 1st makes them softer and easier to shave go with the way they came again not against them shaving cream helps.....good luck

Back when I shaved I shaved upwards....and looking at the responses you've gotten, I now know why it hurt so bad. I feel like an idiot now. So PLEASE shave downwards :P
