its a website that primarily hosts image based message boards, and everyone is anonymous. It's mostly a very immature bunch of kids, and alot of the stuff posted there is anime, porn, or some combination of the two. Its a fun place to be, though, if you can handle being scarred for life by most of the stuff that gets posted there.
