I just read a disclaimer on a religious website that contained a tasteful joke about the religion. It said something like:

"We know it is risky to joke about religion, but we hope that you can identify with the humor. If you find it offensive, we apologize."

Dude. No, you don't apologize. You thought it was a funny joke. Why would you apologize? You're not taking it off the website, so you're not really sorry. You're sorry that I'm offended. That's just pointless.

I wasn't really offended, but you know what I mean?
