I mean like really good friends, they talk to each other more than I talk to them both combined it seems.

Anyways my girlfriend isn't very social, but she is around him (me too, but not relevant) and he invited her over to his house some friday to hang out.

Just the concept of how much they talk bothers me, let alone I only think the worst because I never really know what is going on.

Do I have any normality at all to have this thing bother me? Expecially because they had a sorta-dating fling about 3-4 years ago.

I don't believe anything is going on, because they have been very good friends for a couple years. It's just as of recent she mentions something about him in every phonecall i have with her or something like that, she is always txting him, and i don't mean to be jealous or worried, but it's exactly how i feel.

I have female friends who have very good guy friends and they are their best friends. There isn't anything wrong with that, and she probably sees him as one of his best friends and he just so happens to be a guy and not a girl. The reason she mentions him in her conversations with you most likely has to do with the fact that they talk alot.

How long have you and your girlfriend have been dating for? If it bothers you, you should ask her about it, but don't come off as you want her to stop--that would just be plain stupid.
