That's what I was afraid of. It's almost like its on a timer. I just start to feel bad in the evening. I'm fine during the day but it just....keeps happening.

depression sucks when its like this. I would find something you can enjoy, even if its small, just to keep you in a good mood when your feeling bad. i would also suggest reconnecting with friends or talking with them about it. just dont dwell on wats making you sad. i wish i could help more

yup I have that too... Like I go party and have the time of my life. I feel like a queen and I realize how luck I am to be living this life. But then the day after I feel like shit. I feel like Im wasting time and that everyone is having fun except for me and that no one really cares about me but its just the self-confidence. I was told that Im the most popular girl in school so theres no reason for me to be feeling that way. And Its not a depression its just something u need to work on to feel better.

I want you to get rid of all your worries and seriously just get out there. It helps to plan your day ahead; maybe just write down what you plan to do tomorrow in your journal. List some of the things that you enjoy doing; or a to-do list and work on accomplishing your goals. You could even join a club, or camp; anything. Go to the park and actually enjoy the scenery, visit a place you've never been to, go to the beach, watch a movie, get a new haircut etc. Do things related to your interests and have fun. The more time you waste, the more depressed you feel.

Well...I've been on acutane for 3 months so I'm thinking that might be the cause but I thought it would have shown up by now. Maybe its all just situational? I've gone off it and its not helping. It's getting worse.

You really have to stop sitting and complaining, get off the computer and get out there. Live everyday as if it were your last, and make every minute count. Talking to someone about how you feel really helps as well. You could even talk to your school counsellor/a therapist about your situation. It's all in your head, really. Your world revolves around your thoughts, as weird as that sounds. Have you wondered why people who keep worrying about their partners cheating on them end up being cheated on, for example? Start be motivating yourself to make use of your life, think about the things you enjoy or would like to do, and do it. Get off the computer!
