self harm makes me cringe

Among other things, self harm is a big thing that gives me chils. Even if its a video, not even one of those "trigger" ones, i cant stand looking at that for more than a few seconds. another one is suicide. i cant stand watching someone kill themselves. i also don't like looking at anorexia photos. i can talk about all 3, but thoughts and pictures tear me open inside.
