I think there's a 'fr' button on the keyboard, changes it to that. I know what you mean, it's irritating. Damn french/english keyboards

Your keyboard has been switched to a different language setup. It happens sometimes if you hit the right combination by accident. You can fix it by going into the control panel and going to the language options you can probably change it in there.
