people that know a lil something about computer... i have no sound

ok so yea i have no sound or mixer devices and the volume button isnt there and when i go to volume control in the start menu it comes up with... there are no active mixer devices available. i want my sound and i want it now. lol. please tell me how to fix this. thank you

i had the same problem when i restarted my computr from the beggining because it erased everything, and if u have dell, go to their website and download the sound thinggy, its right on the page, but if u have other computers i cant help u with that

TUrn up speakers, sound card too, if you have a laptop make sre you actually have speakers in it although you should.
