try to drag myself out for a walk and get some peice n quiet or phone my mate...it usually help

find someone to talk to. even on one of those hotlines. destractions can help. otherwise, just keep pushing through.

I honestly don't suggest either. Try running. It's hard t start but it's like a high after you do it. I need to start running again.

watch something funny and pointless like dodgeball to get your mind off of it. or go hang out with friends, have fun, laugh, forget about the subject for awhile, and then realize things aren't as bad as you think they are
