Sarah Palin genuinely scares the hell out of me.

My vote is for Obama.

most people say obama because he is advertised alot more than McCain. many people are voting for him and dont even know where he stands. just because people want to be a part of history -the first black president of the united states of America!- doesn't mean that they should vote for a guy that they know particularly nothing about- only that whoopi Goldberg and Oprah like him.

This country is going to be wonderful in 20 or 30 years, when our more liberal generation is more active. Gay marriage will be legalized, a woman or a Jew or a gay person will be President some day... I can't wait.

Here they talked of revolution. Here it was they lit the flame.
Here they sang about `tomorrow' and tomorrow never came.

Ah, of course being on a teenage forum I'm out numbered in fans of McCain. Then again, I'm really a fan of neither candidate, but McCain is less suck-ish than Obama.

McCain has a lot more experience in running government. Palin will bring the creativity, but at least she's in a position where she's gonna do nothing anyway. The Democrats? Have the inexperienced person in the wrong position. Maybe I'd vote Democrat if they switched their candidates.

If I wanted an empty suit and higher taxes I'd vote for Obama but the truth of the matter is John McCain is the best candidate for the job. Mccain wants to down size large government, cut taxes, do away with programs that either aren't working or not necessary, and give employers an incentive to hire new employees. Makes better sense to me  than Obama thinking he can spend his way out of disaster, everyone knows you don't raise taxes during a recession. What amazes me are all the fools that buy into his fantasy of "change" the only change you would have from Obama is the change in your pockets after he raises your taxes!

if he cant contain his mouth in a tight situation how can we be assured as president he can handle himself properly?now is almost the end of the campaign and his strategy is attacking his opponent . if we talk about economics we will lose is his modo. i don't know about you but i want a president who cares about our economics. and the money in hard working families pockets are important. not just the money in the pocket of CEO and big business owners

lol will not happen remember the hippies there liberal and not everybody is liberal in congress. there will not be an openly gay president in a long time same with an atheist president. Evangelical christian are such a big part of voting and always will be

As an Australian, I have an interest, but not a vote in this election, what with this whole coalition thing we have going.

I suppose an important quote for the future would be in regards to the Roman state:

"When the army becomes more important than the state, then both the army and the state are doomed" [AUCT]
