Well, you definitely can't call them now, it's too late. But depending on what time you brought it in, you might be able to ask them to give it back... who knows, the best bet is to just call them up and see what they can do.

I've read various stories about them, none good. I would never trust anyone with a name like 'Geek Squad'.

what i mean is, the computer turns on, the fans spin, a green light is shown on the motherboard and it doesnt boot, just stays on, no signal on monitor

ya they might only have instore experience with name brand computers. i would never never never take my customer built pc to any type of repair shop. my dad even asked me to and i'm like no way. i can fix it myself.
