ive cut lots of things out of my diet cold turkey, mostly because i don't have that great of will power (I think its getting better though!!). I haven't had fizzy drinks in the longest time, and I don't miss them AT ALL. I haven't had much chocolate lately either, or any sweets, or chips. I just don't miss them. I don't deprive myself of these things. The way I see it though, is: It didn't grow out of the ground or off a tree, so why put something artificial into my body? I don't think artificial is the word, but example being: I'd rather have a piece of fish and some grapes instead of a piece of cake, or a poptart.
is this just a bad idea or what?
