ok, im not bragging here; i do have questions and im concerned... hey, im 19 yr old guy, and I have a confession: I have NEVER worked out in my entire life, NEVER did sports. I'm NOT obese....and my stomach is soft, with a tiny bit of fat covering it. I am really soft, not much muscle at all. I decided to start working out this morning. I started doing sit-ups and I was able to do 150 in one sitting. I wasn't sore or tired at all! Is this natural?? Does this mean I can get abs sooner than most people? I have never done any physical activity ever. Let me know your experiences!

a routine works better for building muscles, maybe 3 sets of 50 crunches with a 30 second gap in between and you'll need to do more than that to get muscles.

i think your doing it wrong... if you've never did a work out in your life ... and you where doing 150 in one sitting then you shud of felt a like a burning in you abs and you stomach should have been hurting

there is a big difference from sit up to crunches cruches are not half way but a llil lower and sit ups are all the way up
