my pc says i have a virus, i have norton anti virus, but that is not the program that is telling me i have the virus- it is this-
i think its a program like quakespy or quakevirus im not sure. web pages lad really slow, and all, i havent downloaded anything, and i want to get rid of it, i have gone add/remove programs and removed all the things i didnt have before. please help Post edited at 11:33 am on Aug. 20, 2006 by luxy

I suggest you to download something like Ad-Aware (don't know is it free)
It's one of the lava soft progs which deletes spyware like you have got, normal anti virus progs doesn't help to delete spyware
I'll try to find for you that ad aware

NO!!!! i have norton, its good, but this IS the virus, i cant get rid

and go to run, msconfig and make sure that it doesn't run when you restart your computer.
