  Sadly, I do not have 400$ to spend on software.    

  But, I didn't have the 600$ that Photoshop CS2 costs, and I have it anyway...

I use Blender for any 3D things I need to make, although I am not very good with it. I use Photoshop CS2 and The GIMP for any image creation/manipulation/etc.

Maya,3ds max,and Zbrush for 3d.I'm not a professional but I can manage.and im still learning.

Yeah, I'm no pro either. Not yet, anyway. I hope to become a professional graphics designer of some sort.

I never could figure out how to stea--I mean get () 3ds max, and I've never tried Maya.

Well its cheap here,
We dont have to spend lots of money to buy those softwares in sri lanka.

Neither do we in America. At least, amateur teenagers like myself don't.
