I was just wondering if mods could help us with them? I guess I am trying to say, if a mod could tell someone thier personal opinion about thier application and if it's good or not?

As long as they're not revealing any "secret" information about the application process, or what other mods have posted on your app, I don't see how it could possibly be wrong to have somebody help you.
