How can I run Linux Red Hat and XP PRo on the same PC?

Partition the harddrive, or buy another drive to put Linux on.

Oh, and why do you want to use Red Hat? It's kind of outdated (understatement), with the slight exception of the enterprise edition (even that one's pushing it).

FC5 (made by Red Hat) isn't bad though.

Fedora Core is a community-supported offbranch of Red Hat, it's a bit of a stretch to say it's made by Red Hat.
As for being up to date, FC5 is very up to date.
