my college paper is still on inDesign 2.0 ~ we seriously need updating ~ but first we need new computers ~ is mac os really the best ? what is the best computer thats compatible with InDesign CS and Photoshop?

with a program like that it really dosnt matter much as long as you have a decent computer it will run fine

For Mac - Photoshop is better. In my opinion.

For InDesign - it doesn't matter. However if you're going to work with graphics, I'd recommend a Mac.

i have a fully optioned out g5 with cs on it and it runs awesome.  but i also have a blue and white g3 running panther with cs and it is almost as close to the speed of the g5.  so i'm going to have to say GO WITH A APPLE!!!!!

the adobe creative suite will run on the mac if that's one point of info

also it runs well on the mac mini. i would say that macs are easier to use and easier to network for a school based operation.

macs also process pictures and movie a lot better and faster
