Not really... There are bruteforce apps that try to guess it, but my last experience with that took about 6 weeks with two computers.
Why 2 computers, and why 6 weeks?
It has to guess every possible password.
Me and my friend devised two parameters, so that we could split it between our machines.
Mine worked on passes less than seven characters long, his worked on passes longer than seven characters.
It did eventually find it, and it was in my friends set, which means it would have literally taken just over 12 weeks for one computer to work on it by its self.
