I have a virus
I don't know its name. Can you help me?

I'll make a description.

Whenever I turn on my computer, I get a message saying "ylro" which freezes my screen for at least a half hour. When I open up my disk tray, the message disappears, and my desktop loads.
When I put my mouse over each icon, the icon disappears. In its place comes a picture of three women masturbating. (I'm just as confused as you).
When I enter my default browser (Opera) I have to get through a series of 50+ popups, each advertising goatse. Whatever goatse is. >_> What the hell is goatse, someone explain.
When I exit my browser, I get the blue screen of doom. Then my computer makes a strange clicking, whirring sound and shuts off.
