Has anyone ever gotten a nosebleed while on Lexapro? I've only taken a few doses but I've gotten two nosebleeds today, one in class and one in the shower about half an hour ago. The first time, both of my hands almost ended up covered in blood and the second time, I felt something, looked down, and saw bloody water running down the drain. I saw the nurse on campus but she said it wasn't any big deal and wasn't caused by the Lexapro. It just seems odd, though. I don't usually get nosebleeds and I've been sick and sort of tired lately.
