Hello everyone i ts been 4 months since i got a herniated disk, and my back has been in pain ever since, i was going to therapy but my insurance only allowed 8 visits!!!!, so now im on my own, and i was wondering if any one knows anything that could make my back better/heal from this pain, i would greatly appreciate it. thanks

My friend has to get an MRI because she may have one.

i don't like to mess with back problems on my own....that is definitely something to get looked at by a professional. Might be worth ponying up the extra $ when you go over on your visits
