yeah, but if i get my club card like, right now, I might get away with it:

HS 11362.7
(f) "Qualified patient" means a person who is entitled to the protections of Section 11362.5, but who does not have an identification card issued pursuant to this article.

HS 11362.5. (a) This section shall be known and may be cited as the Compassionate Use Act of 1996.

And then follows some legal stuff about club card legality. I am a qualified patient..  I'm in luck!!
