So about a year ago I bought an Xbox 360 and no I didn't get the red ring of death but I did take it back to the store within 3 days because I just didn't want it at that time for my own personal reasons. Anyways I've been considering getting another since I now have a 57" HDTV 1080P. The purpose of this poll was to get a general idea of the percentage rate on buying an Xbox 360 that will end up with the Red Ring of Death. I certainly don't want that to happen to me. Otherwise I'll end up getting a PS3 or a Wii if I can find one.
*If you did get the Red Ring of Death could you please specify how long you owned your Xbox 360 before it happened and if you bought another one and did not have the problem. Post edited at 6:26 am on Feb. 6, 2008 by Taco King

These results will be quite skewed towards people who have experience RROD. Many people will vote in this poll who got an Xbox 360 years ago when the hardware was quite crappy. Now, it's much better. As with the person above, I don't know a single person who has got the RROD from an Elite console.
