go to http://rarlabs.com and download winrar...

Right click the iso and click extract. This will extract all the files into the folder...

For daemon tools

Go to http://www.daemon-tools.cc and download it...

Once it has restarted and downloaded you should see a new icon in the task bar.

Rigfht click it>Virtual cd/dvd/select the drive>open the iso...

Daemon tools installed a new "fake" cd drive on your computer and by selecting the iso it makes your computer think that there really is a cd in that drive. Easy...

But the winrar one sounds easier IMO
