I live in Ontario, and I was wondering if anyone has ever applied for it!? Unfortunitly, it has come down to me applying for it. My boyfriend got laid off, our car got broken into and fucked up, and I've applied everywhere twice over again. It has come down to the fact that we need help! He is applying for Unemployment Insurance, but that takes at least a month.
So, has anyone ever applied for it?! What are the steps and how soon after do you get aid?
