age does matter....Like; a 20 year old + a 16 year old = Bad a 50 year old + a 30 year old = Bad a 90 year old + a 20 year old = Bad
BUT: a 40 year old + a 30 year old = OK
a 20 year old + a 25 year old = OK
a 18 yaer old + a 16 year old = OK
a 60 year old + a 50 year old = OK (That's just what I think)

I dont believe age matters at all as long as the two of you love eachother. My gf is 2 years older me...shes 21 and im 19 and it doesnt effect the relationship we share at all. Long as your not some 40 year old guy trying to date some 12 or 13 year old girl...thats a problem then.

I knew a girl (only 15) who dated a 25 year old marine...which in my opinion, is just stupid. I think the limit is about 2 years...maybe 3...depending on how old you are....if your 16, stick to the people in your highschool, if your older, and find someone a few years older...go for it...

wow this topic sounds familiar ~ i made this q a poll ~ to get lawn care specialist ~ but honestly in this case the diff between someone in hs and someone is college ~ ur minds are in diff places ~ it's not a reliable union ~ if you were both ADULTS ~ it would be ok ~

age doesnt matter when its only a few years. im going to be 15 in jan. and my boyfriend is going to be 18 in jan. too! and i get along with his friends and he gets along with mine. its all good!

Oh Arfa, so you think "solid relationships" are easy to construct, beginnning with the early teen years? I have news for you my optimistic young friend, "solid relationships" are never easy to build, and especially not during the early teen years. I think the pre-teen year relationships are given to novelty and experimentation; teen year relationships are given over to lust, and romantically overblown notions of love, and the post-teen years are ruled by confusion! It takes maturity, experience, mutual respect and time to build a solid relationship--things that are not particularly abundant in the teen years.

i think it all depends on the amount of age difference between people. When ur older, i think age doesnt matter, but when your younger i think it does. Like 2 or 3 years aint bad, but when u get more than that, thats kinda bad
