well, if it's anything like the Zune i have, you install the software, and it takes whatever you have on your Windows Media Player and converts it into the Zune player. after that, when you connect your Zune, it'll ask you for some things. after all that, hit the sync button near the top (two arrows going in a circle), drag and drop the music into the right side list, and hit sync. it's pretty easy really...
