It wasn't like she was a specific target. Salutes have been asked for in the past from many members. It was a simple procedure and she chose not to follow through with it. Not our problem.

In the rules it says you can't upload pictures of minors without parental consent. If it is suspected that someone is using pictures they don't own (ie. it's nto them) the mods have to find out if it is them, the salute is the easiest way.
