1. It was never policy oriented.
2. Posting pic wasnt mandatory.

This implies that Dancing in the rain was the culprit, and shouldve been handled with a warning, and dreamweaver/PoP shouldnt have insisted on salutes, because its harassment, which is causally reflected on from the closed account.
