Well we asked a teacher, as our head of year isn't in, so he's taking over for her at the moment, and he said they were being seriously considered, but that they wouldn't check underwear, but if you could see your bra through shirts (which you can!) You'll be made to go home and change it.
well in that case you're screwed xx what area do you live in? and how long have you got until you finish school?

They are my schools rules apart from we wear dollys
and in year 10 and 11 we dont wear blazers we still get done atm for not wearing them im in year 9 still lol

at my old school we weren't even allowed trousers, it had to be skirts. we had the whole underwear thing too and other ones like hair ties have to be dark coloured but it's not like they checked underwear or anything,, I hope they don't check yours!

My school requires us to wear uniforms: a white blouse with a dark blue pinafore that goes to your knees. White belt sewn on.
-no jewellery except for a pair of small ear studs or transparent ear sticks.
-white school shoes with school socks pulled up over ankles
-all hair below collar to be tied up with black/dark blue rubber band. long fringe to be clipped back with black pins.
-no dyed hair or they'll make you dye it back
-no haircut too short or they'll make you wear a wig(I've witnessed it before)
-if you wear a jacket, it has to be the school jacket.
-no keeping or polishing of nails
AND...that's just the rules for appearance. add in all the others and you've got a hell of a lot of rules...
