Got a ticket and a threat? -- LiveWire Teen Forums

I was with my friend in the park at 1am in the morning and we where just chilling on the swings and some cop pulled up and told us to come here, i came with my friend and he said let me see your id, i showed him mine, but my friend didnt have his so the cop said "No ID then your 16" When he was 17 not 16, and he didnt even look 16, and my friend got taken home for curfew violation when he didnt violate anything, and as for me i got a ticket for being in the park "After hours", i never knew the park closed at 11pm and cops come all the time to check on us and i never once got a ticket, just this one cop gave me a ticket and now i have to pay $35 or go to civil court to fight it, the thing what bothers me is what he told me when he gave me my id back, he said that i dont like close and that if im ever seen by him again im going to be arrested. Now i only live like 3-4 blocks down and what do you mean if you see me again in this area im under arrest? I thought this was a free country, you cant tell me i cant come walk through this area or go to the store, hell my school is like half a block down from the park so i have to go to this area, i want to know if he can do this? And should i file a complain? and how?
